Just had our summer trip trip to Underwater Street. This is our fourth year and I don't know how they do it but it was better than ever. The educational value is immense. There is something to appeal to all personalities and the children are constantly entertained and leaning with the meany varied workshops and science school. The staff are... More

It cost £18 for us to take our 2 children & I could have left within 15 mins. At first, we could not even get in & despite ringing the bell, had to wait & wait to be noticed & let inside! The place was an embarrassing mess & I could not look the staff in the eye. The carpet... More

A wonderful place that you can spend all day? A truly entertaining day for our 2 1/2 yr old son. Plenty of things to keep him entertained, the workshops were fantastic and the staff were so engaging with the children. The food in the cafe was reasonable, tasty and plenty of variety. A place worth visiting, without a doubt we... More

Lots of activities and great for a kids party. Refreshment bar is good, tea and coffee's and sandwiches etc so if your sitting watching your child in a kids party, you can have something to eat yourself. Staff really nice and very good with the children, encouraging them to get involved.

For the very young there is dressing up, wheelbarrows for sponge bricks, a shop etc. There are more ambitious things which also look good, but for a very young child the best thing is the other children. Our grandchildren can come during the English school term, so we cannot comment on what happens when it gets very busy. Don't expect... More

We heard about underwater street through a friend and wanted to visit to do something other than just a soft play area or park. We where greeted by the lady on reception who in all honesty did not make me feel very welcome but came across like she really didn't want to be there, although all the other staff seemed... More

Set into "zones" where children can exprience creative play, physical play, imaginative play etc, there's a climbing wall, shops, craft area, water play area that children can explore,... More
