I loved it - wife and kids didn't get it :) Will definitely be back with more time to talk them round.

This is a beautiful museum on a very nice human scale. With only three floors of exhibitions, this museum is about quality and not quantity. We loved the exhibitions on display, and the staff were really helpful in explaining the artwork to us.

Visited the Glam exhibition with a group of friends and I have to say it was disappointing to say the least. There is quite a lot to get through and overall I felt that it was a poor effort. This museum is great. A nice area, free entry and a fantastic array of different exhibitions. Some of the art we saw seemed a bit questionable, but then again everyone's taste in art is different. Literally .... rubbish. As usual with Tate galleries, they seem to be full of the most pretentious (lazy) art exhibits you will ever come across: a bit of tiled floor (just like my kitchen!); a business suit and briefcase lying on the floor (just like my bedroom!). A total waste of time .... 1 hour of my life lost!!
