Over past few years park has been regenerated to great effect. Great views over the city and over the dockyard. Excellent children's play areas with some unusual play equipment. Reasonable cafe- for refreshments.

This park is amazing. the Friends of the park have made a haven in the middle of the city. The smart cafe is attractive and the bandstand is a work of art. Go there for a quiet walk and soak up the old world charm of this lovely place.

This park can be lovely when the sun shines, however on the day that I last went to this park there was quite a lot of rubbish in a couple of areas and some youths were being a little rude, however, it is not the parks fault who spends time in it and on other times I have taken walks... More

we had a really nice walk here and there was lots of room for the young ones to run about safely too, very nice day with a little bit of piece and quiet away from the bust town.

badly designed urban area, however it is getting better with the new tea rooms and pavillion, but you cannot get away that the locals are not the nicest people in the area
