We spent a week in Boscastle and I was lucky enough to be able to go on Susan's Bodmin Moor and King Arthur tours. Susan is so knowledgeable and personable. She was able to keep these tours interesting and engaging. She provided lunch and transportation on both tours and took us to all sorts of places that we never would... More

Our extended family of nine just took a week long tour of Cornwall, including two separate day-long excursions with Susan. She is an amazingly cheerful, informative and accomodating treasure-of-a-tour guide! Susan is incredibly well-informed about both ancient and recent history of Cornwall, and able to share it in a way which continued to hold our interest throughout the day. Driving... More

Susan is the best tour guide and is very accommodating. She will tailor your tour to the wants and needs of the tour. Great way to see things you wouldn't on your own. Great value. Will book again!!

My husband and I are taking a one week walking tour of Cornwall. Our daughter surprised us with a full day outing with Cornish Heritage Safaris. Susan put together a dream day for us. So many areas of historic interest to us were covered and Susan is a rare gem, knowledgeable in so many areas. She plans for all contingencies... More

I was traveling with my 83yr old Mom and we have been to Cornwall before, so we had some limitations and had seen some of the more accessible attractions. Our day out with Susan was great! She got us off the beaten track. It was a bit of a foggy-rainy day, but it made Bodmin moor quite dramatic and with... More

My daughter and I spent a rainy day with Susan on Bodmin Moor. She was full of information and stories. We visited wonderfully strange old rock monuments and ruins, charming villages, a ruined mill and a great pub. I appreciated how she listened to what we wanted to see and do, and how she was able to improvise when the... More

Seeing at it was the first time that myself and the rest of my family had traveled to Cornwall, we didn't really know where to go and what to see. Thankfully, this trip really showed us some of the hidden history of Cornwall and some of the more interesting sites around Tintagel. Susan was a great tour guide, very friendly... More

Our day with Susan was thoroughly enjoyable, and we learned so much, both at the venues we had chosen and on the car ride in between. Susan wove history, myth, geography and a little bit of local gossip together to make our time together both colorful and educational. Even though we were staying in a rather out-of-the-way spot, Susan found... More

I engaged Susan by e-mail on behalf of three couples to meet our cruise ship in Falmouth and show us around Cornwall. Everything went without a hitch, and we had a full day, covering a lot of ground with lunch at Cape Cornwall and stops at other interesting places, sometimes traveling down narrow roads that the tour buses could not... I went to Cornwall for three days to see bronze age monuments, for a researchproject. I'm so happy to have found Susan: a warmhearted and professional guide. She showed me around and made my stay unforgettable! She knows Cornwall very well, knows where the bronze age monuments are, (sometimes in very remote places) the sacred wells and the most beautifull... More
