Attended a work conference at Homerton. Accommodation was fine - much like a Travel Lodge or similar without a TV (standard student rooms). The rooms were basic but beds comfy, bathroom of decent standard, rooms clean and quiet and the internet connection pretty quick. Main gripe was that I ordered a vegetarian meal at the evening event which didn't turn... More

I stayed there for a conference few weeks ago, but I wish I had booked accommodation elsewhere. The surroundings are quite charming, but do not make up for a slow internet, old dirty furniture and smelly non-functional bathroom. The breakfast was not particularly good (totally inedible underdone bacon) and the breakfast staff was not very nice either: serving food with... More

Stayed here for a work conference. Don't usually sleep well whilst away from home but this was a very comfortable stay. Lovely evening meal in the restaurant, attentive staff and a lovely setting. I didn't nook the conference so I can't vouch for costs but the rest of my colleagues also seemed to really enjoy it

Conference accomodation here is really not great, can confirm Jules96. I don't really mind that much that the shower is horrible and that the bed has huge dip. What really, really pisses me off is that I have to pay 5 pounds for 5 hours of internet - in addition to the 70 pounds per night! Internet is free at... More

I would be worried if my kids got rooms here as student digs - as adult conference accomodation it's appalling. Small and poorly furnished rooms, beds lumpy and dipping in the middle. Washing facilities truely dreadful. It can't be classed as a shower - it's a mixer tap that comes out of the ceiling. No where for the water to... More
