We were given a personal tour by the owners and we were amazed at the stories and history that were given as we saw the beautiful instruments working before us. Many items there that we never knew existed. Thankyou for sharing with us - a visit we will not soon forget. More

We stumbled upon this gem when the highway was closed for a couple of days and we were 'stuck' in Revelstoke (what a great little town!). This was one of the most unique museums we have ever seen and was well worth the hour+ tour by the owner. They have amassed some of the most beautiful antique pianos and instruments... More

Thank you for your review, Tim. Are you sure you got beyond our gift shop? Our musical instruments have never been referred to as 'Nicknacks' before! We have the largest pipe organ outside Vancouver or Victoria, with over 650 organ pipes and standing some 14 feet high. Two of our disc musical boxes are around 7 feet tall and play... More

I'd taken Greyhound across a large part of Canada this fall, stopping at a great many museums. But this Museum stands out as the best - most memorable. This is NOT a collection of tin-pan-alley player pianos, as you might expect. Most of the instruments here are exquisitely crafted pianos made for Europe's royalty, starting in the 1700's. The couple... More

We four adults spent a very interesting one and a half hours being shown round this amazing museum by the lady owner who was exceedingly passionate and knowledgeable about all the wonderful exhibits. It was good fun being able to play a few of the pianos and organs. A must visit in Revelstoke. More

I have never been so amazed by anything for such a long period. Every musical device is a priceless antique in working order. I was astonished at every turn. More

The owners of this trip through the history of automated musical instruments sure know their stuff. It's amazing how much there is to know about pianos, organs, monkeys collecting money, violins and of course the juke box. Bu I don't want to ruin the ending so go and check it out for yourself. We were intrigued by the museum and thought we'd wander through it for 20 or 30 minutes before driving to our next destination. Instead, we got a lively and fascinating tour of the museum that lasted well over 90 minutes! The owners -- a retired couple from the U.K. -- are utterly passionate about their subject. They give highly entertaining... More

We all enjoyed the 1 hour plus tour guided by the owners. It's amazing how the mechanical instruments- music boxes, player pianos, pipe organs and juke boxes, some as old as the 1900's still work. It is an incredible collection. It is a great way for people from all ages to experience how music was played many years ago. Totally... More
