It was raining the day we walked the end of the trail to and outcropping of rock over looking Deep Cove. I can just imagine how glorious it would be with sunshine.

Did this leg in August. Really fabulous trail and do-able by almost anyone. Flatter to start, until past Mount Seymour,and then much more challenging, culminating in a big "up" from the river valley to the Lynn Valley suspension bridge. Took us (moderately experienced hikers) about 3.5 hours.
