A world class display of Canadian steam and diesel rail transport. A streetcar tour around the premises was rewarding and allowed for older persons to see all the static displays without too much walking. A must see for any traction fan. More

We went here with my 3 y.o. nephew. He loved it. Especially the outdoor mini train and the train that circles the property. More

I used to go often as a kid because we lived close to it. I went back last year after not having been in 20 years and it was as fun as I remembered it : ) More

Enjoy the museum with many well preserved trains and cars. Then take a ride on the train and then a tour on the old tramway. After have a coffee and browse the book store. Great for all ages/ More

So many locomotives and carriages to see. You can spend a whole day, if you are really smitten with railways. More

We loved everything about it! There used to be a cafeteria to buy food for lunch, but it isn't open anymore so we had to drive down the street. Suggestion is to bring a picnic. More

One of the finest railway museums period. Many of the engines and cars are accessible for entry. It is a history lesion also. There is a school car that is fascinating. Never imagined such a piece. Outside there is a garden railway with room for all. The joke was if over 90 requires parental permission to ride. There is HO... More

Went there with our son and grandson and had a great time. The engines are fun to see and our grandson was very impressed with "all this old stuff"... he was 5 years old at the time! Kids can also play in an area with simulated engines and navigation. A fun and instructive activity for all. More

Trains, trains, trains. Nothing quite like it. Don't have to bring the kids but they will love being able to climb all over with you. More

This place has it all with every major train type used in Canada. Also has most of the street car types used in Montreal and the cars can be viewed inside as well as out! Big outside area with more train related stuff and a trolley car ride in the summer months. Worth a visit! More
