I went to a four day conference and found the building poorly organized, cold, and hard to navigate between sessions. I would not be motivated to repeat.

Don't waste time to visit these concrete towers and waste your precious time in Montreal. A design less house in Montreal that will fall on your way while you are visiting the Old Town. Nothing impressive.
The boutiques and spaces are great. A good touch of art to station Metro with great glass art by Madame Marcelle Ferron.
for conferences. Easy to access by public transportation. This congress place is interesting as it is not too big. One could walk around and easily find where the conference is held. Many restaurants and hotels near-by.
I attended the 2013 International Auto show and it is a fantastic exhibition hall for these types of events. It is also connect to other parts of downtown via the walking tunnels and metro. There are also restaurants, fast food and specialty clothing and art stores in this building.

I didn't have a choice, the convention was here but it was a pleasant surprise... More
