I was meeting a friend here, before heading out for the night. It's pretty average as far as bars in the area go... I didn't eat, only had 3 rounds of Molson Export. But a cool bonus was getting to meet former Boston Bruins captain, Rick Middleton. He was there just like the rest of us, having a few beers... More

This little pub was a wonderful place to get food! The prices were very acceptable $10-20 and the food was well worth the cost. The service was fast and excellent. While the cocktails were a little pricier then I would have liked, they were also worth the cost. The overall atmosphere of the place was very warm and classy. I... More

We had a great time in this lively area. It was nice to find a place where all of the patrons weren't 18 :-) More

Went to Winnies every day, while we were in Montreal for the Grand Prix. Just a great place to take in all the action, with awesome food and perfect service,,,especially one girl named Nancy who took great care of us. Can't wait to return next year. More

Sat on the terrace. Food is pretty bland. Typical bar fare. Service very slow. Very cramped with tons of loser guys. More

My friend and I visted Montreal for a girls weekend and found our way into this place. Mandatory $2 coat check (compared to $7 cover charge) was nothing compared to back home. Techno music, but not so techno that I disliked it and I'm not really into that kind of music. We had drinks afer drinks and they were yummy!... More

Recently I have headed to Winney' s regularily during the early evening with friends for meetings, meals and drinks. It's a regular place, and I expect nothing great. But after being there for dinner, and drinks afterwards, and spending quite a bit of dough (on a Tuesday) on our way to the restroom we were harassed by a bouncer to... More

We went in while hungry looking for a restaurant that was open between lunch and dinner time - we were VERY disappointed from start to finish. The service was horrible - the food was worse and included desserts were horrific - the fruit pie was literally canned fruit salad dropped in a custard... not even edible... More

I've been to the bar many times to really give it a chance but every time I get a little bit more disappointed! First of all you need to know that Crescent street is packed every weekend with «youngies» who are still trying to learn how to handle their liquor. In my opinion, Churchill is one of the worst on...
