safe and clean, great ambience for a morning jog. It would be even better if there were maps and km posts to guide those unfamiliar with the area More

Nice open place. Easy to get to. Beautiful views of Montreal from the top. Nice photo spots. I imagine this would a be pretty popular place for picnics in summer. More

Hiked up to mont royal with my 13yr old daughter. We walked through the McGill campus and up rue peel. We accessed the park by taking the stairs. Very good exercise! We brought a picnic with us which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the city. Spectacular views! The chalet was useful as it contained washrooms and a gift shop.... More

We drove up here on our last day - it had great views of the city. Would probably be amazing later in the Spring (we were there in April - the review only went back to June, didn't let us select April) or in the Fall More

The pros: The view to all the city. The amazing houses. The cons: I went by myself, and I didn´t find any double decker or tourist bus to go there. Maybe It was beggining of spring. Good experience!!! More

The best is to start the visit at the corner of avenue des Pins and rue Peel. There are two ways to reach the top, one is taking the stairs and the other is via a path. This last option requires more time. Taking the stairs, you go directly to the Chalet du Mont-Royal. This is a very big building,... More

At least for this one we did. We went for a Montreal City Guided Sightseeing Tour and it was great. No doubt about that. BUT if you really wanna experience Mount Royal that's not the best way to do it. We went to the Mount Royal, stopped there to take some pics, and drove away. Even that short stop offered... More
