I love this church looks like Sacre Coeur of Paris but this one is a little bit modern and I've seen a lot of Catholic Devotees walking through their knees to go up, around 248 steps, a nice place to see the best view of Montreal - a romantic place and hear the mass would probably gives you more space...

Worth the trip up to see! There are masses in french and english, just check the schedule. Nice area to explore around it.
leave the city life inside the city itself. nice spot to change your mind and spend the day in nature. could however be too busy sometimes!
The Parc Mont Royal is ideal to switch off from hectic urban life. It can be easily reached by bus. Of course you can also hike or bike up. From the top you have a wonderful view over the whole town. This place is a must!
We hiked up the mountain from the area of McGill University. The trails were busy with hikers, runners, casual walkers. Spring wildflowers were in bloom. We made stops at the Maison Smith and the Chalet, which has a nice exhibit on Montreal history. The view from the high point of the park is amazing.
The one disappointment was the graffiti...

Pleasant park with a view that is worth the hike. There is a winding road, but if you're up to it we recommend the stairs (248 for the final trek by our count)
This is the best view of Montreal. overlooking downtown Montreal this location has a superb view, especially at sunset. if you visit, you will most probably will notice photographers taking photos of Montreal downtown. For couples this location is very romantic and you can easily find a private secluded niche in the surrounding woods of the mount royal park (;
We walk from Sofitel and arrive to chalet and then the overlooks and go down to Duluth. Views are terrific but it was 2 weeks after snow disappear and so all the trash let by the people were here...So it underartes our impression
Allow plenty of time as there is quite a bit of walking to do if you want to visit all three summits.Also very intersting visitor centre
