A beautiful man-made island, accessible by bridge. It is in the center of the St Lawerence river, just off the south part of the island of Montreal, across from Old Montreal. Had the World Exibition there in 1967 and some of the old buildings remain. More

Losts to do! Free admission- paid parking. So much to do! Super fun for both adults and kids! Village de Neige is awesome- worth seeing. I love going to the island by Bike. There is easy access via downtown (pont de la concorde or pont Jacques Cartier) or the south shore (pont Victoria or pont Jacques Quartier).
