The shipbuilding musuem at Green Park does a good job in explaining the trade. I would certainly skip the outdated and dull introductory films (one is 20 mins, the other 1 hour). The real gem is the Yeo house though. The house was owned by a local wealthy shipbuilder and is completely restored to its Victorian glory. The home is... More
