I took my boyfriend on the Escape the City tour as a surprise for his birthday. Canoeing, picnicking, and walking around Centre Island were definitely well received birthday activities. Food was amazing, as was the company; we have already signed up to do another tour :)

It was great having the opportunity to enjoy a culinary tour designed by a chef. We went to so many unique places that we wouldn't have gone to by ourself. Lots of great food!

We went on the Leslieville tour with Chef Scott as part of a gift from a family member. It is not something we would have ever thought of doing ourselves though reading the info I thought it would be interesting. Thank goodness for my sister and her husband. We spent several hours being regaled with stories about the area and... More

I was fortunate enough to take a tour of the Leslieville area with Chef Scott and another guide in training. Both were wonderful, and knew so much about Toronto's many food pockets and the history of how the city evolved. As a chef, Scott has definitely curated the best of the best and I enjoyed all tastings. As a food... More

I went on Chef Scott's Leslieville Foodie and Culture Tour and highly recommend this to anyone who loves to find great food and passionate chefs, bakers and purveyors in a city they're visiting. Chef Scott took us to the Leslieville/Riverside area of Toronto, and told us the colorful history of the neighborhood as we walked around to 8-10 (!) spots,... More

We had a great evening of food, wine, cocktails, comraderie. The neighbourhood has a great vibe. Everyplace we visited was a short walk. I've lived in Toronto over 30 years and didn't know about some of these places! Scott is an excellent host. I definitely recommend this.

Who knew you could forage for mushrooms in the middle of the city? We were intrigued by this idea & decided to give it a try. We had a great time & even brought home some very fresh mushrooms. We really explored the park which is within sight (& sound ) of the DVP but you soon leave all that... More

We received a gift certificate to The Culinary Adventure Company as a wedding present. We met with Chef Scott to run through ideas of how to best use our gift certificate and he came up with the perfect plan - an interactive dinner party for us and a group of friends. We started off our day in Kensington Market, where... More

We saw the add for "The Culinary Adventure Company" in the Toronto Sines magazine in our hotel and decided to give them a try. We did the "Little India" tour and had a great time, great food, and stories too. Chef Scott guided us, gave us some history and some wonderful stories, the wonderful aromas and colors of this neighborhood... More

As relative locals, my fiancee and I thought the Riverside/Leslieville Food & Cultural Walking Tour would be a gret way to learn about the area, find some hidden gems and eat some great food. We certainly got that and so much more! Chef Scott shared some great experiences with us and lead us around some great spots, keeping us fed... More
