It isn't normal to be able to visit this kind of governmental building bar going to the public gallery, so I jumped at the chance to visit. The "Pink Palace" -- the nickname given to the pink-stone building which houses the office of Ontario's premier -- is probably the most attractive of the Legislative Buildings; the others are a little boxey, but serve their purpose. This is worth your time. The architecture was impressive. There are tours given and the guide explains what goes on in each area of the building. Learned how Canadian Legislation works. The guide was able to answer all my questions. Nice grounds outside, many statues and a War Memorial. More
