We spent several hours at the Saturday morning Farmers Market which is right on the beautiful waterfront. Fantastic food, crafts, souvenirs, local produce, wine, jewellery,,, tons of wonderful local stuff! Loved it,, and wish I could visit such a place every weekend at home!

We had toured Halifax and wanted presents. Looked around and found some good things. Lots of arts and craft that seemed reasonably priced. It sells food: both farmers products and takeout but we didn't take advantage of that. Beer was not being sold that day.

This market is right off the cruise ships on pier 22. It has lots of shopping options. We purchased clothes for my grandsons and other nice items. It can get very crowded when the cruise ships dock. Great place for shopping.

We had a wonderful brekkie here at the coffee shop/eaterie on the left end of the market (when you walk in from the street).

We've heard so many great things about this market so decided to try it out. The place was jammed full, a cruise ship was docked just outside and it was such a great sight to see. The market is great, lots of stalls and shops, produce is fresh and local which is great. You might pay more than if ou... More

I had been to the Halifax farm market at the old Brewery market but was anxious to see the new one at the Seaport Market directly on the waterfront. It was great. Be prepared to spend a couple hours here, and plan to eat here too. I ate at Selwood Green and it was amazing. I recommend you check it... More

What a beautiful place! The recently redone Seaport Farmer's Market is right on the boardwalk and is bustling with unique vendors and all the best in Nova Scotia food and drink. This place made me wish we lived here to get to enjoy the market every Saturday morning!

I had a nice dinner at this restaurant with friends. It is a great place to drink beer and the location is great. The menu is a little limited, but, I liked what I ordered.

if i am ever in halifax again i will make it a point to attend the farmer's market on the waterfront- we stopped in, by chance, on our way to the airport and i was disappointed we hadn't visited upon arrival in nova scotia, as i would've loved the opportunity to pick and choose from so many types of food-from...
