A nice quick visit while walking up the hill to the Citadel. Free, but you do go thru security/metal detectors. The building contains some great paintings of English monarchs. You would be silly not to stop by Province House (Nova Scotia) if you are in the area. The only thing it will cost you is going through security and metal detector at the entrance.
