My husband and I planned a 4 day get away with our 1 1/2 year old, 3 1/2 year old and 2 year old English Mastiff last June. We did some small hikes (1-2 hours- we brought some safety gear just in case- an air horn for e.g.) there are many hikes to choose from, checked out the falls and... More

Amazing!!! Last summer we were lucky enough to get to hike in Fundy National Park. It was an amazing place. Great hikes, fauna and wildlife. The tidal change is astounding.

The place is amazingly beautiful. The bay is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World because of the high and low tides. You simply must see it to believe it. I would rate this place a 5 star but the rangers and the national park system really have nothing on the American park system. Many of the rangers... More

Our visit to Fundy National Park was late in the year but the colors were in full bloom. We walked the Shiphaven Trail, which was an easy 0.6 mile trail, mostly paths and wooden steps. The trail head is right by the Point Wolf covered bridge. The trail offered magnificant views of the Point Wolf River and its estuary. The... More

Fundy National Park is located where the Northern Appalachians meet the sea; and it is a wonderfullybeautiful place. We camped in the Chignecto North campground in a travel trailer with our four kids aged 9 thru 3. Of the two modern campgrounds located within the park, this one is located in the highlands, while the other is located on the... More

If time is limited, take Point Wolf Road to Dickson Falls. The path to the falls is fairly short, and you get to see the forest and a very impressive waterfall. Then, take Point Wolf Road to its end to drive over a covered bridge and get other nice views of the forest. During the off-season, this national park is... More

Frankly, we were disappointed in this park after having seen places like Cape Breton, Yellowstone, and other national parks in both countries. It is a pretty park and you can spend a few hours meandering around (Wolfe Point was very nice), but nothing to really hold you there for longer than that. Some reviewers have complained about the admission fee,... More

The park was not worth the $14 admission fee. It is a pretty park but there are only a few viewing areas. If you are in the area it is worth a visit but don't go out of your way.
