I enjoyed my visit with my Grandchildren this winter, but I was shocked to discover the prices. Quite an expensive day for an eight and seven year old. By the time we rented a room at the Russell Inn (which we paid for 45 days in advance-strange?) and paid gas from Winnipeg, rented equipment, and bought lift tickets the weekend... More

“Fantastic Skiing for Manitoba”

I often go skiing in the rockies each winter and consider myself a decent skier. Within Manitoba I have only been to Holiday Mountain, so ussually when my friends want to go on a day trip skiing I can't see the point on such a tiny hill. “Awesome...but BUUUSY!!!”

Took my son and niece and nephew here for the day yesterday! it was so busy it was hard to enjoy! we waited FOREVER to get food, took 45 minutes just to get their boots and skis and at one point they said it was 35 minutes wait for a chair lift. i would love to go back again someday... More

It's pleasure to accompany students on our annual overnight ski trip to Asessippi Ski Area. The visit is very well organized from the moment a staff member hops on the school bus to welcome us.
