I recently visited Thomas Haas, it was quaint and cozy however space gets quite tight when it’s busy. There was a wide section of chocolates to choose from. As a huge chocolate fan, I was eagerly looking forward to giving thomas haas a try. Apparently he used to be a pastry chef at the Vancouver Four Seasons, so I had high expectations. Being a bit of a chocoholic, as is my husband, I had to look up places to buy some emergency chocolate on our trip. Thomas Haas seemed a good bet (see http://www.thomashaas.com/) although his shop is a bit out of the way, in North Vancouver.
