My daughter (5yrs old) loves this place. She's on the smaller side and there are lots of rides for her. it's better to bring along a friend for her as it's more fun that going on the small rides with mommy or daddy. We prefer to go there when PNE is closed because it's just way too busy with too... More

There are many rides for all ages. The world famous wooden roller coaster will toss you around and creak to give you a ride that you'll never forget. There's a tamer corkscrew coaster, as well as other spinning, swinging, or flipping rides. You can save a few dollars and pre-buy a day pass at Safeway or 7-Eleven. Baskin N Robins... More

The rides are awesome! My kids love this place. Lots of little shacks with different types of food. The mini donuts are wicked! Good sized midway with plenty of games to play. Recommendation, bring a packsack with water and snacks & it won't put as much of a dent into your pocketbook. Overall, well worth the price of admission and... More

The wooden roller coaster is really cool, nothing else. The other roller coaster is boring, there is no fun scenery, the other rides are typical to any amusement park but worse, and the actual cool rides cost extra, much extra. More

We try and take our family every year to Playland and usually when The PNE is there which is the last two weeks of August. There is a larger selection of rides during this time. We have two teenagers and a 7 year old and there are rides for everyone. It is very stroller/wheelchair friendly, many options for food especially... More

Somewhat pricey, buy the daypass for rides if you want to do more than one or two. Lots of ride variety, games, and food. Easily accessibly by bus. More

We go every year, and spend at least three hours. Great rides for little kids from the age of 3 up, all the way to rides for grownups. More

My family of 4 enjoyed fright night at Playland very much! I would recommend getting there at 6pm to avoid the line-ups. The first two hours were exceptional then as the lines got longer it got a little tiring. They could use a few more women's washrooms for sure! What a great job they did decorating and organizing this event!... More
