Nice location, cheap green fees, challenging holes with variety, lots of wildlife ( coyotte, bald eagles, event a seal in the Fraser arm ). Can be wet after rainy period but remains one of my preferred place around

City course just off W. Marine Drive.
Popular facility with a good practice range. However, on more than 1 occasion I have had to wait as all the stalls were full.
