Fantastic! I've lived on this side for 25 years, no reason to move. It's very convenient to get around ie: I walk downtown, to 4th Ave for shopping, to Kits Beach, to West Broadway.... CONVENIENT :)

The West Side is not the West End.
The West End is downtown mixed residential houses and towers and businesses bordered by Sunset Beach, English Bay, Stanley Park, Georgia Street and Thurlow Street.
