A scenic walk along English Bay followed by a photo shoot with the laughing statues was great ! It was a cold windy day when we went but we walked for ages enjoying the forever present view of the snow capped mountains in the background and the never ending amount of "healthy" Vancouverites jogging, cycling or walking their dogs !... This beach area has series of beaches and nice bay area, its happening place and also near to downtown. Enjoy your long walk from beach to beach on seawalk....

We stayed at the Blue Horizon & our room overlooked English Bay. Very busy seaway, lovely to see the cruise liners going in & out. If the weather is good, the sunsets are to die for.

Cafe set is popular and the sculptures of laughing friends is a great attraction in the area. It is one of the favourite spots in the Hop on hop off bus route

Scenenary was great, walking road and park were clean and well taken care of, Vanvouver is an outdoor city, and English Bay is one of the best places to feel that

A walk around the Bay was great. Nice breeze, beautiful sunset even with a lot of ships in the view. Lots of interesting characters and you can walk as far as you want. Great place.

The most popular beach in Vancouver, it offers a variety of eating and drinking places just off the beach. Well maintained, this is a popular spot all season long, but particularly during the Summer. Good swimming and usually a good place to stretch out....on rare occasion like the fireworks competition...you can always find a good spot!

On a sunny day go walk there. Beautifully maintained walkways, chipmunks galore and some other small furry animal families walking around.

I love coming here and watching the sunset. It is a very beautiful and natural spot. Can access the Sea Wall and walk around Stanley Park. Nice vibe, good vendors, washrooms, concession. Worth spending some time here. I come a few times a week in nice weather.
