There was one park that was somewhat nice, but the people around were so sketchy. There was trash everywhere, the food in the area was horrid and we really didn't feel like we were in the safest of areas.

Human feces, drug addicts and bums cover the sidewalks, over-priced plastic crap from China and people who look at you suspiciously in the stores. Avoid, day or night.
