Couldn't believe some of the average reviews. I have driven this road many times and it perfectly safe unless you are someone who shouldn't be driving. If you are visiting the area and you have a sunny day drive all the way to Pemberton.

I didn't expect such dramatic mountain and canyon scenes so quickly. Even with rain, we could see it all through the dome. The commentary by the crew was very informative and the food was great

It's an amazing highway! I totally recommend to be prepare to stop several times! Do your research There are lots of view points Water falls (Shannon falls) Mountain views Lakes (Alice lake for pic nic) Parks for hiking even climbing (the chief) It is amazing, even just for a drive!

We went on a full day Landsea tour to Whistler via the Sea to Sky highway which is spectacular. It was rebuilt for the Olympics so is a first class road. The tour driver stopped several times for photo opportunities and we did get some great photos of snow capped mountains

Be prepared to contantly stop start and there are so so many stunning views, there are waterfalls dotted along this highway. The first one is huge and stunning. There is plenty of parking there. This is not the usual drive from a to b this is a wonderful day out driving. Finding places to eat etc. Personally next time i...

Fantastic mountain views, small towns including a mining history museum which looked pretty spectacular, and actually a very enjoyable drive!

We were in Vancouver at the end of a cruise and had a whole day to sight see before our flight home. We rented a car and a gps and up and away we went. The drive is so incredible, it's difficult to put into words!

I only drove on the highway to go from Vancouver to Whistler, but it was an amazing drive. A small 2 lane winding highway with amazing views.
