We had the jetboat and house boat in the afternoon, it was quite relaxing and really enjoy the fun time with our group.

Massive lake, with fruit orchards & vineyards everywhere. Plenty of motels & places to eat. A really relaxed holiday area.

This is the reason I moved to the Okanagan. Great for swimming, fishing and relaxing. Many local events take advantage of the lake, the annual Cross the Lake Swim, the Apple Triathlon Swim Course, the local out rigging/canoeing club events etc. There are many boat, paddle board and Seadoo rental companies too. If you come at the right time of... More

The Okanagan area of BC is beautiful. Crystal blue lakes, semi-desert cliimate, miles of beautiful scenery, developing hoodoos, hundreds of great wineries, golf courses, outdoor hiking, trail riding, camping, too many activities to list. It is a paradisical area.

Drive around it. Walk beside it. Boat on it. Love it. Been coming here all my life and it is truly a jewel - especially if you are lucky enough to see it from the sky on a shimmery sunny morning.

How does one review a lake? Well I will assume that we are discussing the ambiance and beauty of the lake / valley - and if so, must suggest this is one of the rare places one can travel to and feel the presence of nature. The lake offers a number of water sport options, the valley, with vineyards, trails,... More

It was a great experience of parasailing! Worth its price! We were driven by a speedboat while we were up on air! It was not a scary experience once we were on top...

If you are in Kelowna, take some time to tour the lake. There are many options available, walking, cycling, or by car. The lake is huge and gorgeous and who knows maybe you'll see one of Ogopogo's humps!

Live here so I am a bit prejudice but if you see it you will fall in love with the beauty. Lots of boats in the summer, waterskiing and seadoos also. Busy but it is a big lake and there is a lot of places to lay on the sand to suntan. Can't get enough of it.
