We never actually went on the raft tour. We booked it about a month before our trip to Canada. We spent a month touring the country and this was near the end. By the time we got to Jasper we quite forgot about the Raft Tour and never went. It was only when we got home and checked the credit... More

The people who work there are so friendly, helpful. We got there a day after a heavy snow fall, luckily and great fully! The workers, cleared off all the snow ect. Made us safe to walk around and have an exciting trip. Thanks so much!

this is the first thing we did in Jasper. they even came to the hotel to pick us up. the bus took us to the drop off, and away we went. Our Guide Brendan was great. He told us stories while he expertly guided our raft, he even let me grab an oar for a bit, i felt like Robert... More

This was great. The guide (Luke) was extremely knowledgeable about the river. He knew which parts were deepest, fastest, slowest & where downed trees lurked under the surface. We were a mixed gender / age group of around 18 people. We were all issued with plastic coveralls & lifejackets & had a safety briefing before setting off. By the end... More

Excellent staff. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell they love their job. The river was running fast and Mike our tour boat guide and his dog Ginger made us feel at home and safe. We had some class 2 rapids, but I am NOT a risk taker. I felt perfectly safe. We did not have to row. We... More

We loved this outing! Before we loaded up, we ran into a Momma bear and her cub. Cub got spooked and ran up the tree, so it took a while for the cub to feel safe enough to come down so we could raft! Staff handled that very well. Rafting was nice, but be warned, river is very fast and... More

We took our 11,8 and 3 yr old boys on this fun white water rafting adventure. It was a great introduction to rafting. We called Jasper Raft Tours very late one night expecting to get a recording and instead the owner answered. He was very nice, helpful and didn't even mention us waking him up. We picked up the bus... More

Our tour group booked a float trip with Jasper Rafts. While the majority of our party were over 60, they took every precaution to make it as enjoyable as possible. Great narration of the mountains and sights. Guide was knowledgable and entertaining.

This trip was delightful. They pick you up at your hotel and then soon after the adventure begins. We chose a flat water trip and we had 2 hours on the river. Our guide Mike was great. He was very competent and pointed out the different Mts and sights along the way. This is a first rate company where safety... More

A great~and very safe~adventure, floating down the Athabasca River! Some waves, which will get you wet (your river guide will make sure you don't leave dry!). Lots of laughs; great stories, and awesome scenery. The float takes usually 1-1.5 hours. Do not miss it! You must phone ahead to reserve your spot! Mid-afternoon is the best time, and if you... More
