This is a great source of information. Not too dull. Great to go if you have interest in this sort of topic. Went as part of school field trip, kids seem to really enjoy it- not sure if I would have gone except as a chaperon effort field trip More

I visited there with some of the seniors from the Care Center I work with. I was very impressed with the many interactive displays they have. With live displays of fish that live in the river systems of Alberta, and static displays full of information about them, the habitat station is a very interesting place for adults and kids alike. There are also many tours throughout the day of the hatchery, which takes you through the life cycle of the fish as they're prepared for release... More

We went during the free thursdays offer. My son enjoyed it a lot. The interactive fish exhibit taught him a lot about parts of fish. The Pearce Estate is a good place to take a leisurely stroll. More

The Bow Habitat Station and Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery is a very good attraction in the Calgary area. The Fish Hatchery conducts guided tours for a nominal fee and the Habitat Station provides a number of very well done exhibits and viewing on the importance of fresh water, environment, fish hatchery.
