Went there on both Saturday and Sunday afternoon and the place was dead. All the bars and most of the restaurants didn't open til 5pm. I could see this being a decent place to go on a summer night (maybe), but until summer comes, there's really not much to see so I'm basing my 2/5 on that. More

This is a cobblestone walkway with trees and art lining the roadway. It's always hoping in the summer with music coming from the outside pubs, people are all smiles and buskers make it a lively place for an after dinner stroll.
