As you pull away the rush of excitement is amazing and it stays that way for the whole trip. Dashing through the snow behind these well trained and cared for dogs was an experience of a lifetime. Must do!

We spent Christmas/New Year 2012 in Banff/Lake Louise - and it was the perfect place for a couple of Aussies to experience a "White Christmas".
One of the highlights of the holiday was a Dog Sledding tour with Kingmik Dog Sled Tours (the ONLY dog sledding in Banff National Park). We were lucky to get on a tour - as...

This was a first time dog sledding for the both for us, it was a lot of fun. Megan the owner happen to be our driver and she was wonderful; she took the time to discuss how well the dog's are taken care of, as well as their history. I was not sure how I would feel having dogs pull...

We went dogsledding yesterday and were lucky enough to have Megan as our driver. It was a wonderful, exhilarating experience and I highly recommend it when staying in Lake Louise. The dogs are loved and respected by the staff and are rewarded with a big hunk of meat after each run. Try it you'll like it.
My husband and I took the two hour Great Divide tour on March 8, 2013. What a wonderful and unique experience! The dogs are wonderfully friendly and is so obvious how well they are cared for. We were lucky enough to ride with Kingmik's owner, who has such an incredible passion for the sport, the dogs, and her guests and...

Thank you to Craig for such a great day in Lake Louise. We loved all the interaction with all the dogs and all the information. You can really tell that the guides care about these dogs and love their jobs. I would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for a very informative and amazing experience. Thanks again!
There are a number of dog sledding places in the Banff/Lake Louise area, but we were so impressed by the knowledge of the mushers and the personal relationship they had with their dogs. We were one of two sleds on the two hour tour, and it was a truly amazing experience. Meredith was our musher and we were so impressed...

Dog sledding through Banff National Park’s winter wonderland is an amazing and unique experience. We took the hour and half Great Divide Tour in mid February and were fortunate to have mild temperatures (-10 Celsius) and sunny, blue skies. The guides of Kingmik Tours are extremely outgoing, knowledgeable and truly love their job and their dogs. The dogs are very...

I got an idea ... my son was learning about dog sledding in school. Why not try it and learn more about it?!? We had a beautiful run with my family split between two sleds on the Great Divide tour. I got to ride with my son with our guide Meredith and her amazing team of dogs. Meredith was able...

A truly magical day dogsledding with Kingmik tours. The dogs are beautifully cared for, very responsive to their guides, healthy coats, eyes and teeth and clearly loving every minute of what they do - they couldn't wait to get started on the sledding run and were a joy to be with for the 2 hours we spent together, gliding through...
