I found the spa a little too expensive for my blood but I needed some help with an injury so a 30 massage was a great help. Emma was very pleasant and knowledgeable. More

This is one of the nicest spa's I've ever been to. The staff are super friendly and the massage therapists know exactly what they are there for. Great place to unwind when you in Banff. More

My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon enjoying a couple package at the Red Earth Spa. Our day in the spa was ok. Pedicures not top notch. Our couples massage was great. What disappointed me the most was while I stayed in Banff I lost my diamond necklace. I called any place I had been on the weekend... More

As I’m sure you can imagine, managing lost and found is challenging at the best of times, and becomes even more difficult when items are not reported lost for an extended period of time. Staffs are friendly and accommodating, although they seem in a hurry. Massage was awesome. We had a Deep Earth Romance with 30 minutes private plunge and 60 minutes couples massage. We probably would love to do the 90 minutes couples massage next time rather than the 30 minutes private plunge and 60 min massage only. It is just a private... More

The spa is only 2-3 yrs old, it as very calming area, with gentle music playing, treatments average to the UK prices. the whirl pool and pool are lovely and very modern . More

I love spas but usually go for a sports/ deep tissue massage. The spa is located in the basement of the Caribou Lodge and the street parking is free (unlike the Willow Stream at the Banff Springs). Thanks for the review - our therapists will be glad to hear you enjoyed your massage. We have heard from other guests that the wind room does not eliminate noise and have begun to develop plans for a doorway to separate the treatment area from the reception desk. I took m'lady here on our honeymoon. This was the first professional massage I've had, and it was intense. The facility was clean and relaxing. We had the Red Earth Signature Couples Massage, which I highly recommend. More
