I went to Playa del Carmen for my honeymoon in June 2012. After researching activities we bought a park pass for this and Xplor (I wrote a review for that as well). Anyway we did this little excursion first and it was nothing short of amazing. The water is crystal clear and snorkeling is a blast. My husband is not... More

We really enjoyed our day at Xel-Ha! However, our shuttle dropped us off shortly before nine and picked us up at 6 o'clock which was a little long. The snorkeling was great and we enjoyed the bike ride in the jungle and tubing down the river. I must admit that the food was almost terrible. We had been eating delicious... More

Snorkeling was awesome! Stay near the rocks, away from the ocean end, and you will see some cool fish. We saw tons of stuff, even a lionfish attached to the rock (freaky, but cool!) My 12 year old son and 14 year old daughter just loved it. Kids have to be at least 8 to do the snorkeling, which is... More

I wish that they would raise the price so you could do all the activities there. You would see something that looked fun but it would cost extra. I could snorkel for free at my hotel. Clean. i did enjoy the walking paths and the bike riding

It is all inclusive. Good selection of food and drinks. Plenty of seating and water activities beyond your expectation. Want to swim with dolphins, manatees, rays or snorkel or cliff dive or zip line. They have it all at xel ha.

Xel-Ha was fantastic! There is so much to do and see. Since we were staying in Tulum we purchased our tickets prior to our trip and took a taxi for $8. We saved a ton and did everything on our own time.

This ecological preserve is located approximately 1.5 hours south of Cancun. It is the home to various land and sea wildlife. There is a lazy river that you can tube down in about an hour. There are stops along the way for activities such as cliff jumping and zip lining. You can get to the start of the lazy river... More
