The people that work in here are very knowlegeable, I asked for directions on how to get (driving) to Chechen Itza and I was given very good and clear directions along with a map. I was also pointed to some agencies that do tours in case that I wanted to join one

Beautiful buildings and exciting murals. Well worth a visit. Public restrooms also in building are a bonus.

The Merida Tourism Office was very helpful. We found that the staff was eager to provide information and advice concerning points of interest and activities. We also enjoyed the air conditioned environment.
