This is a great coral reef with plenty of swim throughs. You enter the reef at approximately 50' and exit at approximately 85'. Lobster, eels, crabs, sharks, tortuga, and plenty of fish More

We dove Palancar Reef, and Devil's Throat. While much hyped, Devil's throat is an OK dive - pretty spectacular for newer divers but all in all not as impressive as some of the coal formations we dove on the other reefs in Cozumel. More

Palancar is beautiful, but don't leave without diving Columbia Deep and Columbia Shallows and Punta Tunich where the Green Moray is. We saw wild Dolphins at the end of Punta Tunich. There are different Palancar dives, take them all if you can. You will not be disappointed and you will find something new each time. More

One of my favorite reefs. Lots of fish, corals and a easy drift. Take your camera More

Sabor hotel was very close to the reef and Martin picked us up at the hotel's dock. With the close reef and mostly drift diving this was most convenient. More

Loved diving here. It was amazingly clear and variety of fish and sea life was the best! More

Current was very strong and would not be a good dive for beginners. It also made for poor visability during the dive. More

As a 68 year old dive with 8 dives under his belt, I wonder why it took so long for me to find this incredible sport and in particular Palancar. What a great experience! Having previously dived in St. Kitts, Zihuatanejo, and some shallow waters of British Columbia, this was far and away the best. Clear, warm waters - visibility... More

As always, diving was excellent on Palancar reef. Visibility was 200+ and the water was 83 degrees. The current was running, but no more than usual. The reef continues to improve from the damage caused by hurricane Wilma. More
