Lots of small restaurants. Locals really like it. I found it a bit lacking but have gone several times. It's within walking distance of the cathedral and all the stuff in that area. There's a new pre-Columbian museum nearby that I haven't had a chance to get to. The neighborhood is undergoing a bit of civic improvement.
