A nice cathederal, but the area is crowded and I felt rushed during our visit. No help from tour guide and there was little to do but just look at the interior. This is a nice church, but I just wasn't that excited by it.

I just love the craftsmanship and artistry that went into the construction and decoration of this Church. It is absolutely beautiful. Not as beautiful as the bigger cathedrals in Guadalajara and a few of the bigger cities, but awesome.

I've been to PV 6 times and this was the first time I went into the church. It is stunning. We visited this while on the Vallarta Food Tour with Lyndsay and Lobo

How awesome to walk into this cool structure, and observe all the religious works, icon, one gets a real sense of Mexico, and peoples beliefs, at Christmas there are the appropriate decorations, not being terribly religious it is a great spot to simply sit and reflect and sense Puerto Vallartan's who passed through these doors over the years.
