Spent a great morning with Jane and Alfredo learning about Mexican peppers and learning to make tacos, tortillas, sopas, etc. Teenage boys even enjoyed the experience. Alfredo is a very relaxed and knowledgeable instructor. Would highly recommend this attraction to all 'foodies' visiting Huatulco. More

I enjoyed this experience last year, so I did it again. We learned the basics of three different salas along with making the perfect tortilla. 3 of us attended the "street food" class and passed a grand 4 hours with Alfredo and Jane. The class is taught low key and with simple instructions.
