Good for surfing, there is some current that may get strong. Very good food. There are a few ways of getting there the main one is from the main road from the airport to Puerto Marquez and turn left on the burguer king.

This is by far Acapulco's best place to swim in the ocean if you like waves. If you like a pool-like setting go to the main bay. Nevertheless a nicer development would be welcome, its a great example of the lack of tourism infrastructure in Mexico. Instead of some nice shades installed by the city (even if they were charged)...

Clear and clean Pacific ocean and white sandy beaches. It is open ocean so it is rougher water than in Acapulco Bay or Puerto Marques.

this beach is right across the street from my husband's aunt's beach house. They have great prices for drinks and food, definitely worth the value! For a small price you can sit under a nice palm branch shaded area. Horse rides and boogie boards are for rent if you would like. The only downside (or upside if you like) is...
