Well certainly I wouldn't choose to dive 150 feet from a rock at night with only torches to light the waves... these guys have to even calculate the moment the tide comes in to have enough water to dive in to and not hit the rocks at the ocean bottom of this cliff. I visited thise place at 18:00, every good places for visitors were full, if you want to take some fotos or video clips you have to come very early. More

This spectacular event is always heartstopping, fun and exciting. The professional divers, carrying lighted torches, is a sight to behold and every visitor to Acapulco should see this! More

What may have started as a cultural event certainly has become an opportunity for commercialization. However, in truth, all of the food and knickknack stands add their own flavor. It was something I would not have missed. More

Its kinda like the opening shot of that old Saturday but taken to a commercial level. Most of Acapulco shows up to watch the spectacle. If you want to see it walk (a long hike) or rent a skooter. Traffic is insane... More

The cliff divers are known around the world, so i think they are a must see. I understand some people being dissappointed that it doesn't last longer, but they can't just keep diving all day and night.
