It is a protected area, and just lovely beaches that we walked and swam in. We didn't see any other people, which made it so nice! More

If you're in Baja you have to go to the island! No matter what tour company or private boat you choose, a trip to the island is a most. After all, it's the famous Aquarium of the World More

My first thought was $360 pp for a single night seemed awfully steep, but this turned out to be one of the most incredible adventures our family has had in 13 years of visiting Baja. We only had a couple of days before our timeshare week in Cabo, and my wife and 17-year-old son and I flew into La Paz.... More

The island is most interesting with all of it's creative rock formations and unique colors, alot of nice secluded beach areas to explore. The most memorable view was at the tip of the island.. listening to the sound of the barking sea lions as we approached and then being able to dive in and swim with them, we anchored there... More

We went on a great panga ride out to the island and snorkeled (they outfitted us with wetsuits and all equipment) with the sea lions.
