We took a day trip with Rancho Tours from Cabo to Todos Santos. Great restaurants, we ate at the Tequilla Sunrise, across the street from the Hotel California..... nice shops, and a fun atmosphere. They are adding a new highway along the way, so there aare some detours, and rough roads..... but nice coastal views, and lots of Whales !!!!! More

It is about 48 miles from Cabo. Garry and I debated for some time whether to do the drive. Some folks said it was a very rough drive while others told us it wasn't. On Monday night we decided to rent a car Tuesday morning and "Just do It". we left Cabo at 9:30 am and didn't arrive in Todos... More

The ride to Todos Santos was a bit longer then I had expected from the resort Melia Cabo Real in Los Cabos. I have travelled single-lane highways (with paved shoulders) in Michigan ,but this was a bit of a challenge with various farm animals within arms reach of the car and semis that were not meant to travel mountainous terrain.... More
