This was the best place to snorkel - calm, but with TONS of fish who have made the Sapona their home. I recommend going earlier in the morning when there may be fewer people there.

The Sapona wreck is a great spot for diving and only a short boat ride from Bimini. The Sapona has a unique history behind it. It was commission by the US government, made out of concrete, used as warehouse, used in rum smuggling operations, used as a floating blank house and ran aground during a storm in the 1920’s.
