Wear your hiking shoes, this was an amazing 2.6 mile hike with some fairly rocky areas and inclines. The trail is mostly canopied, so too much sun exposure isn't an issue. Stop to view the petroglyphs, they are showing signs of erosion. More

Lots of bugs along the way, this was expected. 1/4 the hike was along centerline road (not scenic and cars were dangerous). One side trail to a ruin was closed but unmarked so .4 miles of hiking uphill out of the way led to a closed site. More
