Years ago Back Street, one block north of Main Street, bustled with merchants and visitors alike. This is no longer the case. Now back street consists mostly of warehouses and shuttered shops. There is not much to see. Don't waste your time. More

Make sure you stop at Artistic Jewelers on Main St. About a block and a half from the old post office bldg in the H I Risse main st shopping district. Ask for Soresh. I got 75% off More

My son wanted to find a specific type of shirt worn by the locals here. We were given directions to a shop off of Main Street. This is not a safe part of town, do not go deep into the town. We shopped at many store on the waterfront area and felt perfectly safe. No one bothered us and we... More

We (a group of 5) spent the day shopping on Back Street and found there to be an abundance of jewelry and watch shops as well as the expected souvenier stores.We shopped at Cardow and Alpha Jewelers and found there salesmen to be low pressure .
