With student materials, interactive workshop style presentations and fun in-water sessions in the pool & ocean, you'll learn to Freedive at your own pace, gathering all the knowledge, skills & experience you need along the way, all under the guidance of your fully certified SSI & AIDA Freediving Instructor.**ENTRY LEVEL FREEDIVING COURSE - 1 & 2 day courses. Learn to breath like you never have before, acquire the proper skills to have you diving up to 66ft, train your body to be more efficient with breath-holding, learn new skills to take your Freediving to the next level.
