After living abroad for some 46 years, my trip with Emile gave me a taste of the wonders of the island that I never knew existed. Our first trip was to Marianne falls, and I was blown way by the magic and majesty of the forest, rivers and the falls. The only things that existed were the sounds of various... More

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the Marianne & three pools trek with Emile. It was our first full day in Trinidad and we treked uphill through stunning rainforest, rested by the beautiful Marianne waterfall and then walked, waded and swam all the way down the river back to our original starting point. It was so exhilirating! and we cannot... More

I have frequented the island of Trinidad many times. This time I wanted to see more than family and friends while visiting. Although I have been many places in Trinidad. During our stay my girlfriend and I took a couple trips with Nature Trekking. Emile is great. His knowledge of the history of Trinidad and knowing the right places to... More

We had a fantastic hike through the rugged north coast of Trinidad guided by Emile Serrette. Ingredients: mud and hills, waterfall pool, thrilling boat ride, and food; spiced with exhaustion and adrenalin. Emile’s positive reviews are well deserved. I arranged the hike to Paria Bay through email and phone, and he was spot on time when our cruise ship docked,... More

Our trek to Mermaid River was a perfect way to introduce my 5 year old daughter to Trinidad's natural environment. Emile's enthusiasm and knowledge of Trinidad kept our hearts and minds engaged as he skillfully led us through the jungle terrain. The hike was so easy that my daughter kept up with us the entire way with almost no assistance.... More

Our hike to Paria Bay with Emile was one of the best days during our three week trip through the Caribbean and up the Amazon River; we'd return to Trinidad just to do more outings with Emile. Knowledgeable, engaging, as fit as a drill sergeant, he'll take you wherever you want to go, and get you back to your ship... More

I have never met someone with such an infectious nature/personality as Emile Serrette. My sister, who was visiting from abroad, and I were honoured to have Emile take us on a private walk on the Fond Pois Doux Road. WOW what a VIEW!!! Emile has a great rapport with the villagers who literally stopped in their vehicles to chat with... More

My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in Trinidad, 3 of which we spent with Emile doing hikes and tours. The Paria Bay/Waterfall Hike is a tough one but worth while. Emile is a great cheerleader and encourages you all the way. He let us set the pace during the hikes which made it easier on us. Emile has the... More
