Nice place and lots of shop there. I went on a tour and learn all about the coulter and history. I also visit the place call hell. You will explore hell, the back yard there is like all burnt and black. The turtle cove is a nice place to walk around and see all the turtles and the building. They... More

Went to Stingray City with MarineLand Tours. Had a great day. The boat out to the site was a clean/nice/newer boat. Padded seats with tables to sit at on the way out. No worries over your things being left on board as the have cameras watching! The guides didn't make you wear buoyancy vests as some operators do so it... More

If you are a visitor looking for souvenirs, wanting to people-watch, or even snorkel (yes, snorkel), then you should head to Georgetown, Cayman's capital, and it's main artery for all cruise ships. Here you will find an unlimited amount of souvenir shops, casual eateries, and tons of visitors. It's a fun place to visit even if you don't like the... More

The best snorkeling is in Georgetown! Enter the water at the Marine Reserve ladder next to the Paradise restaurant. Don't worry about the school of large tarpon, they will ignore you. The minute you enter the water you will feel like you are swimming in an aquarium. The amount of fish is overwhelming! Swim in either direction and you won't... More

The water was cloudy on the particular day that we did the submarine trip but it was fun and we still managed to see several interesting fish and two ship wrecks. The tour around Georgetown was enlightening though as our Guide, Omar, was so proud of his island and showed us all of the famous landmarks, i.e. HELL! He made... More

We went on a day that the were 5 cruise ships in port so we expected a crowd. Shops were very nice as well as the craft market. My son fished off one of the docks for a hour or so by renting a rod and bait from a small business. Fun just to walk around.

I feel bad for those who arrive at Grand Cayman by cruise ships. The ships need to dock out in the ocean and only be transferred to the island by boats. During my couple times to Georgetown, I see long line of cruise passengers to be transported back to the ship and there's no shade, I imagine it could be... More

We arrived in Grand Cayman on the Carnival Freedom. We arrived at the Royal Watler terminal. Many of the shops are within walking distance of the port area. Margaritaville is visible from the terminal area. All the taxis for tours are parked right there at the terminal area. Don't ask for a small island tour because the people who run... More
