How do you show up at the wrong time when you called to confirm? Well that's what happened with this company. We called twice and were told the same time and we showed up only to have waited 2 hours for nothing. He finally showed up and said that it was our fault!! Thank goodness for us we found another... Okay to everyone reading these reviews. The company known as Bob Soto's Diving, Bob Soto's Reef Divers doesn't exist anymore. We were a top operator in the Cayman Islands up until a hurricane destroyed the place (Irene) These reviews you are reading refer to another operator entirely. CIDIVER More

This was nice because ordinarily these excursions are extremely pricey with 70 or more other guests on the boat. TOO crowded for a good experience. Stingray City is a must see in the Cayman's. I highly recommend the attaction. However, I do not recommend SOTOs. the captain, owner, was rude as well as the photographer. the mate who assisted with the snorkeling and handling of the stingrays was very nice, but seemed quite unhappy overall. there was no warmth or friendliness from anyone. they did...
