This beach is exactly what you think when you think Caribbean beach. It was the most ''crowded" and has the Long Bay Beach restaurant and hotel behind it. This is one of the few beaches with beach chairs. More

Our condo couldn't have been any closer to the beach. The restaurant service was horrible and the food just so so. If we had not purchased the food plan we probably would not have eaten there. It's really a beautiful beach but its narrow and really not too long. Its on the north coast so the waves coming in can be rough which sounds like it would be fun to play in the surf BUT there are rocks right offshore to make it where you really don't want to get in the water More

Not a more beautiful beach anywhere in the Caribbean. Almost a mile long - great for walking. Some parts not good for swimming due to submerged rocks. Far end of the beach is perfect for waves and swimming. Visit Nature Boy's beach bar - very authentic. More

We spent a day on this jewel. We missed our ferry to Jost Van Dyke so we asked where to spend 3 hours until the next boat. Turned out we didn't need to go anywhere, we were already there. More

We stopped on Tortola as part of our Oceania cruise. We've been there many times, so we took a cab from the dock in Road Town to Long Bay. The cab ride is expensive, but to be fair it is a long drive from the pier. (We paid $14 pp each way). Long Bay Resort is showing a little wear,... More
